Coconut Water RumChata Refresher

Start combating the hangover before it hits by using coconut water as a hydrating mixer. The sweet and refreshing taste goes perfectly with RumChata.

PREP: 5 minutes | COOK: 0 minutes | Serves 1



INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 part Tequila

  • 2 parts RumChata

  • 2 parts Coconut Water (Harmless Harvest)

  • Juice from 1/2 lime (plus a lime slice for garnish)

  • Drizzle of agave (for garnish)

  • Sprinkle of Demerara sugar (for garnish)

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (for garnish)


INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all liquid ingredients. Shake until the shaker is frosty and ice cold.

  • Before pouring into a glass, drizzle agave onto a small plate and cover the rim of the glass. Next, combine the Demerara sugar and cinnamon. Coat the rim of the glass in cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  • Pour cocktail into glass, garnish with a lime slice, and enjoy!
