Candied Fig Martini

Toast to the season with this refreshing yet comforting sip.
PREP: 5 min | Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
Figs in syrup (preferably Koy)
1/2 oz fig syrup
3 oz gin
Juice from 1 lemon
1 candied fig (garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place your martini glass into the freezer while preparing (optional). Then, add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake for about one minute until the shaker is icy.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a candied fig from the jar.
