Candied Fig Martini

Toast to the season with this refreshing yet comforting sip.

PREP: 5 min | Serves 1



INGREDIENTS: 

  • Figs in syrup (preferably Koy)

  • 1/2 oz fig syrup

  • 3 oz gin

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 1 candied fig (garnish)



INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Place your martini glass into the freezer while preparing (optional). Then, add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

  • Shake for about one minute until the shaker is icy.

  • Pour into a glass and garnish with a candied fig from the jar.
